Our Mission
FuturosSTL focuses on community empowerment by providing Hispanics and Latinos with essential career development sessions and community support. These programs are designed to assist all generations in achieving both professional and personal growth. Through our diverse educational programs and community outreach activities, we help individuals uncover their skills, promote cultural adaptation, encourage volunteerism, and offer training on workplace safety and knowing your employee rights. In addition, we support employers with cultural adaptation strategies, onboarding basics preparation, and employee life cycle guidance tailored to their organizational needs. All these efforts contribute to building a prosperous and healthy community.
